1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Seeker", "Owner", or "You") and Paradigital Life ("Paradigital", "We", "Us", or "Our"), having its registered office at H.N. 94, Shop No. 01, Ram Mandir Ke Samne, Teela Jamal Pura, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, PIN 462001, Madhya Pradesh, India.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or transacting on the Paradigital website or related digital services (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

2Nature of Platform & Intermediary Role

Paradigital operates as a digital real estate discovery marketplace connecting property seekers with independent property owners for apartments, flats, individual rooms, BHK homes, commercial shops, and plots across India.

3Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You agree to provide accurate, true, and complete details during registration (Name, 10-digit Indian mobile number, and valid email).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at Paradigitallyf@gmail.com or Customer Care at +91 6232004190 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4Property Seekers & Access Passes

Property Seekers can search and browse listed properties by locality, price, category, and BHK type without charge.

• Access Pass Purchase: To view verified direct property owner phone numbers and precise location maps, seekers may purchase a time-based Digital Access Pass (e.g., 24-hour pass, multi-day passes, or active subscription tiers).
• Permitted Use: Contact numbers unlocked through access passes are strictly for personal inquiry regarding renting or purchasing the listed property.
• Prohibition on Resale & Scraping: Users are strictly prohibited from harvesting, scraping, reselling, or distributing owner contact numbers, or using them for telemarketing or unsolicited commercial communication.

5Property Owner Terms & Listing Guidelines

Property owners can list their residential or commercial properties on Paradigital free of cost.

• Listing Authenticity: Owners represent and warrant that they are the legal owners or authorized representatives of the property and that all listing details (rent amount, security deposit, address, amenities, and photos) are accurate and genuine.
• No Fake or Deceptive Listings: Posting fictitious properties, bait-and-switch listings, or deceptive rental terms is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate listing deletion and account ban.
• Availability Updates: Owners agree to update or mark properties as rented/occupied when the property is no longer available.

6Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• All prices listed on the platform are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Netbanking, Debit/Credit Cards). Paradigital does not store your banking passwords or debit/credit card PINs.
• Promotional discount coupon codes are subject to specific terms, validity limits, and expiry dates defined on the platform.

7Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Access Passes grant immediate, instant access to owner contact information and property details upon successful transaction:

• Non-Refundable Once Activated: Due to the immediate digital delivery and consumption of contact information, Access Passes are generally non-refundable once activated.
• Failed or Duplicate Transactions: If your bank account or card has been debited but access pass was not activated due to a technical error, or if you were charged multiple times for the same transaction, please contact us within 48 hours with your Payment ID / Order ID.
• Refund Processing: Valid refund requests for payment failures will be verified and credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

8Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data, contacts, or listings from the platform.
• Transmit any abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to bypass security features, reverse-engineer platform source code, or disrupt server infrastructure.
• Use the platform or acquired owner contacts for spamming, extortion, phishing, or harassment.

9Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform and all listings are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Paradigital does not guarantee that a property seeker will find a property or that an owner will secure a tenant. Users are strongly advised to inspect properties in person, verify property title deeds, and enter into written rent agreements before paying deposits or advance rent.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Paradigital and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions, property defects, or rental agreements.

10Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
